Delivery Information

For the same day delivery please submit your order to the responsible of execution until 13:00 p.m. o’clock via e-mail or Fax.

Regular delivery: regular delivery is completed through a transport company of our choice up to Athens and then uploaded to an agency in other cities of Greece. During the regular delivery the following terms are valid:

The customer is charged for the delivery from the agency of his choice to the final destination

For orders below 150€, the customer is charged with the total amount of shipping cost.  VAT is not included in the above mentioned prices

For deliveries to Athens we use the shipping company KIFA

Courier delivery: In the framework of our best and fast service for our clients, Decolight has a special agreement with Door to Door ELTA courier and Speedex as well. Thus our clients can have our products immediately. During the courier delivery the following terms are valid:

Terrestrial Destinations: Deliveries to terrestrial destinations cost per package is 5€ up to 5 kg weight using COD services. The delivery will be completed the next business day at your place. For deliveries to terrestrial destinations with free shipping the cost per package is 2.60€ up to 5kg weight. The delivery will be completed the next business day at your place. For packages from 5kg to 15kg the cost,with free delivery, is 5.75€ and 7.00€ for COD service.

Island and remote Destinations: Packages shipping cost per package is 5€ up to 5kg weight for COD services. The delivery will be completed within 2 business days at you place. For deliveries in terrestrial destinations with free delivery the cost per package is 2.60€ up to 5kg weight. The delivery will be completed within 2 business days at your place. For packages from 5kg to 15kg the cost for free delivery is 5.75€ and 7.00€ for COD service.

For remote destinations outside the city limits there is a possibility to use ELTA services and the delivery will be extended for 3-4 more business days.

VAT is not include in the above-mentioned prices.
